Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Exchange for Damaged or Wrong Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer an exchange. Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery and share photos and order details.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable). Our team will provide the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Refunds & Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded via the original payment channel (bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash). COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins, and other intimate jewelry items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect on arrival. Any item marked “Final Sale” is not eligible for return or exchange.
Right to Refuse Returns
SS Jewels may reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
