Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or COD verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Within Pakistan

We deliver only within Pakistan. Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your city and courier coverage. Remote or less accessible areas may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp or email after dispatch. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s tracking page.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery city and order size. Occasional free-shipping promotions may appear on the homepage or banners.

Service Area

SS Jewels does not offer international shipping. All deliveries are within Pakistan only.
